Here is a card I created for the Stamping 411 sketch challenge. I have been trying to work on fall projects getting ready for the Fall Card class next month. It is sure hard to be thinking of fall when it was 102 degrees today.

Old Olive and Dusty Durango stamp pad
Crushed Curry, Dusty Durango, Soft Suede, Pumpkin Pie, Really Rust and Old Olive markers.

Sympathy Card

The is a sympathy card I created for a co-worker. I did use a discontinued designer paper (Berry Bliss) which I usually do not do. I have so much that has been discontinued that I need to use it up. I colored in on the stamp with the markers which gave the card a softer look.

Recipe:
Thoughts & Prayers stamp set
Chocolate Chip, Pretty in Pink and Whisper White cardstock
Berry Bliss designer paper (discontinued)
Chocolate Chip, Certainly Celery and Regal Rose stamping markers
Wide Oval and Scallop Oval punches
Chocolate Chip 1" Double stitched grosgrain ribbon

Sure hope you enjoyed your visit. God Bless.

Happy Birthday Card

Here is a card that I created for my Dad's birthday on Thursday. I think it does look masculine with the colors and just a little ribbon (and no bows). I used the texture plates #4 on the bermuda bay cardstock. In person, it looks like the textured cardstock.

Recipe:
Party Hearty stamp set
Soft Suede, Bermuda Bay, Basic Gray, Certainly Celery and Whisper White cardstock
Soft Suede and Bermuda Bay ink pads
1 3/4" Circle and Spiral Punch
Soft Suede Polka-Dot ribbon

Butterfly Thank You Card

Here is a thank you card that I have created to send out the many thank you cards that are due for my surprise birthday party. I turned that magically number of "50" and Amber gave me a surprise birthday party with the help of my sister Renee. It was a great time and thank everyone that came to help celebrate my birthday.

I saw a similar card on Monika Davis website. This card has a lot of elements that I love, the Baroque Motif swirl, the butterfly die cut, the eyelet border punch and the scallop oval punch.

Here are the supplies I used:
Baroque Motif and Thank You Kindly stamp set
SU Beautiful Butterflies die cut with the Big Shot
Eyelet Border and Scallop Oval punches
Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive, Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo, Whisper White card stock
Razzleberry Lemonade designer paper
Old Olive and Melon Mambo stamp pads
Silver brads
Stampin' Dimensionals

Sure hope you enjoyed your visit today. Check back tomorrow because I should have posted a cute cupcake birthday card.
