This card is so bright in person. Sorry this picture does not show it. This card using the new designer paper, stamp set and embossing powder in the Summer Mini Catalog. To get the cut out designer, cut a 3" square and center the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch on each of the card stock and punch it, move to do each side. I saw that and really liked the look.Here is the recipe:
Melon Mambo , Pacific Point and Whisper White card stock
Beyond the Garden designer paper
Versamark and Pacific Point stamp pad
Melon Mambo embossing powder
Heat tool
Scallop Ribbon Border, Designer Label and Word Window Large punches
Pearls
Old Olive 5/8" grosgrain ribbon
