Happy Birthday Purse Card

This card was created by using the Create a Cupcake stamp set. I turned the cupcake upside down, cut part of a circle for the purse flap. For the strap, punched a 1/2" circle punch and then punched 3/4" circle around the 1/2" circle. This gives you a circle with the middle punched out. Great for someone special who loves purses.

Here is the recipe:
Create a Cupcake stamp set
Cherry Cobbler stamp pad
Cupcake Builder, 1/2" Circle and 3/4" Circle punches
Cherry Cobbler., Crumb Cake, Basic Black and Very Vanilla card stock
Neutrals Pattern Designer Series Paper Stack (for black purse and purse flaps)
Framed Tulips emboss folder
Very Vanilla 5/8" satin ribbon
Basic Rhinestones Jewels

Thank you for visiting today. God Bless.

Save the date for a graduation

I have a co-worker who asked me to make a graduation save the date card. So I borrowed our old discontinued graduation stamp set from my mom who purchased the stamp set from me. I like our old stamp set and we haven't come up with one like it. I used the colors for her school which is ballet blue and so saffron.

My co-worker has most of all their family back east. So she wants to send these cards this month to let her family know when her daughters graduation is in June 2012. So the family will know when to plan their vacations to come to the graduation. I thought that was a great idea. So I made these 2 samples for them to pick what they would like. Then on the inside will be the information for the graduation and also a picture of her daughter.

I thought this was a great idea and I would share with you.
Sure hope the you enjoyed your visit today. God Bless you and your family.
