Stampin' UP is doing a color refresh. In 2010, Stampin' UP did a big color renovation and they shared that they would do a small color refresh every three to five years. It's been three years and they are doing a small color refresh. They are discontinuing 10 colors and bring announcing 10 new colors (most are returning In Colors from previous years). The only new color that I see is the Smoky Slate. So I am looking forward to this new color and returning of the old In Colors.
