Popsicle Birthday Card

I really love our new Cool Treats stamp set in our Occasions catalog.  I have two favorites so far and this is one of them.  There are so many different designs to create with this stamp set.  Today I am sharing a popsicle happy birthday card with you. To get the look of a popsicle, I stamped off and then stamped on the card stock.  This gives you the lighter color to make it look like a popsicle.  I took the Wink of Stella Glitter brush to the lines in the popsicle and then on the pool party one I colored all over on the popsicle.  In person it really pops but I could not get it with the camera.
