Snowflake Birthday Card

Today's post is a birthday card with some bright colors and a little bling. In the center of each of larger snowflakes in a rhinestone.  It adds some sparkle to card, sorry the picture doesn't catch the sparkle on the card,  I wanted to create a card with some bright colors for the January birthdays.  I used the snowflake but didn't didn't use the traditional colors, I wanted it be bright and colorful.
