Bloomin' Heart Anniversary Card

Here is an anniversary card that I created for my nephew Travis and Kelsea.  They just celebrated their 1st anniversary.  I had seen how Patty Bennett had used daubers on the heart to give it color.  I used sponges on the heart to give it color. Then I used the Wink of Stella Pen on it to give it some glitter.  You really can't see it glitter in the photo but you can on the card.  The number one I used the Glimmer Paper Stack that we received as a Sale-A-Bration item, which is over so it is not available anymore.
